Business Development Executive Job working as part of the growing sales team at EMIS.

Responsible for providing essential technology to 10,000 healthcare organisations across all major UK health sectors, due to an internal movement in the sales team we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join EMIS.


As a Business Development Executive, you will manage our new and existing Partners through the on-boarding process. You will successfully talk to Partners over the phone cross-selling and promoting products and services, so a confident self-starter with a can-do attitude is a must!  Collaboration is key within this business development role as you will capture incoming enquiries, campaign leads, and sales referrals from different areas of EMIS and manage these opportunities to generate interest and win new business for the Partner Programme.


This role reports directly to Emma, Sales Manager, who manages a team of seven Business Development Executives, therefore you’ll be joining a team with a wealth of knowledge on the ever growing Partner Programme at EMIS.


This Business Development Executive job is home based with occasional days spent on site in the Leeds office.  


What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience within a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • A focused and driven approach to exceeding targets and expectations
  • Be an organised, self-starter, with high levels of attention to detail
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
