Your new role

As one of our Programme Managers, you’ll work as part of our team managing a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes of varying sizes and complexity across a number of healthcare sectors such as primary care, community pharmacy and community & mental health. This role has two main elements; to be responsible for multiple delivery projects aligned to your programme work stream and to guide, support and line manage a team of project and senior project managers within your programme.

This role will involve joining up with teams across the business and utilising relationships across software development, clinical, support, training and commercial teams to deliver your Programme. You will influence senior stakeholders to prioritise your project work streams, ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives and commercial priorities. Using your expertise, you’ll actively encourage, drive and implement good practice and the promotion of continuous improvement contributing to the evolution of our team.

The team you’ll join

Reporting into to our Head of Development Programmes, you’ll work closely with our team of programme managers and colleagues across the whole business.  

You’ll have line management responsibility for project and senior project managers, so lots of opportunity for you to use your influencing, coaching and mentoring skills!

What you’ll bring

  • A track record of successfully delivering complex programmes of work on time and to budget
  • A people focused person with great leadership qualities
  • Experience of applying agile methodologies
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Great planning, reporting and organisational skills
  • A collaborative and supportive approach
